House with two floors and a garden situated in the best zone of the historical neighborhood "the Albaizyn", 200 metres far from "San Nicolas" view point, 5 minutes walking from the city center, 25 metres far from a bus stop (there are little buses that comunicate the Albaizyn with the city center and with the Alhambra). There are restaurants, supermarket etc near the house. IT IS OFFERED: Air conditioned (hot-cold) in both floors. HOW TO ARRIVE BY CAR:
- From Madrid:
1. From A-44 ( former N-323 ) at exit 123 ( Granada-Almanjáyar-Maracena ).
2. Carretera de Jaén, way Estación de Autobuses (bus station).
3. Calle Tete Montoliú.
4. Avenida de Pulianas.
5. Avenida de Murcia.
6. Carretera antigua de Murcia.
7. Calle Pagés.
Take the exit 123 (Granada-Almanjáyar-Maracena) from the A-44 (former N-323). Then Carretera de Jaén in direction of the bus station, you´ll see the bus station in your right hand side, when you see a shopping centre called "Alcampo"in your left hand side, take your first street in your left "Calle Tete Montoliú", then your second on your right hand side "Avenida de Pulianas", then, when you find the indications: Campus Universitario, Albaizyn, you´ll go up the Avenida de Murcia, just at the end, you have to follow the indications of Albaizyn, through the Carretera de Murcia, keep in the big road, till you find the indications of Acceso a Albaizyn por Calle Pages.
You will get to Calle Pagés. (You might find this road blocked by pillars. That’s because access to the Old Town (Albayzín) is limited at certain times of day. In this case, press the button and say the hotel name (Santa Isabel la Real). If the street is not blocked you don’t have to stop.) Having passed the pillars keep going on the main street till you get to a church (El Salvador). Go around it and head on. Turn into the first street on your right. Further on you will see a pharmacy, about 50 metres after it there is a parking lot.
